概要 |
This study was conducted to understand how teachers evaluated and acknowledged the school counselors (SCs) of their schools, and to determine a possible approach for their future collaboration. The pa...rticipants consisted of 21 teachers from public junior high schools who were asked how and why they were either satisfied or dissatisfied with the 62 SCs they had worked with in the past. The data was analyzed using the KJ method, and was categorized by perspectives that may have influenced the overall degree of satisfaction. As a result, four aspects were identified: 1) interactions with the SCs; 2) attitude toward collaboration; 3) support provided by the SCs and the ease of receiving that support by the teachers; and 4) the level of support. After the results were verified by the teachers, discussions were conducted on how the SCs and teachers could collaborate while sharing their results.続きを見る
