| 概要 | A 77-year-old female referred to our hospital for careful examination and treatment of bladder tumor. After cystoscopy, CT and MRI examination, we diagnosed bladder tumor suspected as urothelial carci...noma, and transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) was performed. Pathological examination revealed a proliferation of large-sized atypical lymphoid cells having enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei. Immunohistochemically, the lymphoid cells are positive for B-cell markers (CD20m CD79a), CD30 (focal) and bcl-2, but negative for CD10, CD15, CD56, ALK and EBV-EBER. MIB-1labeling index was 20%. The pathological diagnosis was MALT lymphoma originated in bladder. IL-2 receptor was 431 U/mL. For 8 months we have not seen recurrence on cystoscopy, CT and PET-CT after TURBT doing nothing additional therapy so as extra operation, radiation therapy or chemotherapy.続きを見る |
