| 概要 |
Patients with stoma are susceptible to psychological damage due to changes in both body image and bowel habituation Therefore, it is important to help those patients to be able to manage stoma care by... themselves as well as to take care of postoperative recovery process. In gynecologic oncology field, almost all stoma ta are made for the patients who had metastatic tumor in the pelvis, or massive bleeding from rectum or fistula after radiation therapy. For the reason, there is a great risk of maladaptation of stoma. This paper reported that support using crisis model was efficacious for establishing self-care of stoma of the patient who hardly accepted stoma because of dermatitis around stoma.
1. ストーマ造設後、不適切な装具選択による皮膚糜爛を起こし、危機状態にあるクライエントヘの危機介入を行い、セルフケアの援助を行った。2. 危機介入には急性期に良く用いられるFinkの危機モデルを用いた。3. 8回の介入で危機は解消したと考えられセルフケアレベルを達成できたと思われる。4. 危機とストレスの違いを考えながら、時期を逸さずに介入することが必要且つ効果的であることがわかった。続きを見る
