| 概要 | This essay is part of my fundamental study of the history of Nan-chao and its subject matter is the examination of those terms Qing(清) and Zhuo (濁) which stand for the government service or the govern...ment position in the era. Among the posts of the government in those days, those of Qing were occupied by Jia-zu(甲族), the highest class of the strata, and those of Zhuo by Ci-men(次門), the next class. (In the eras of Song 宋) and (斉), Hou-men (後門), the third class, was also qualified to be bureaucrats. At that time, Hou-men was to be included among the classes to which the occupants of Zhuo usually belonged.) In the period of Nan-chao, they used the terms Qing-liu (清流), Qing-guan (清貫), Qing-ji (清級), Qing-jie (清階), Qing-hua (清華), Qing-xian (清顕), and Qing-tu (清塗). and a commonly recognised fact is that the members directly concerned were only from Jia-zu. This distinction between Qing and Zhuo convinces us that there was a sharp boundary between Jia-zu (which corresponds to Aristocracy) and Ci-men.続きを見る |
