The purpose of this paper is to clarify the Meaning of clinical excercise and the difficult problem that perplexes students in nursing, and moreover to improve the learning method of clinical excercis...e. Achieving this purpose, I gave our students a question 'What satisfied and dis-satisfied you in the clinical exereise? Their answer to the former question was to do good nursing practice of art or technic to patients. On the other hand, the answer to the latter was to be poor in communication with their patients. As a result, the following conclusions are drawn out : 1) In the clinical exercise, the Condition and need of patients changes, unexpectedly or unpreparedly, so that students need to respond quickly. 2) The basic part of this response is communication as a practical judgement. 3) Therefore, the curriculum of clinical exercise should include learning interpersonal relationship with patients.続きを見る
