| 概要 |
The purpose of this study was to improve the so-called "waste" junior high school through an action-research period of over 3 years. The main results are as follows ; 1) An antisocial, delinquent beha...vior, an act of violence to teachers decreased, in number, to one-ninth of those of 3 years ago (from 78 to 9). 2) The average scores of achievement tests, whose full marks were 200, increased by 30 points. 3) Of all the atheletic clubs, nine clubs won championships as a result of the action-research, though only four clubs did before. ; いわゆる荒れた中学校において、アクション・リサーチによる、学校の本来的機能回復をめざした。教師、父兄の一丸となった3年間の実践により、問題行動が78件から9件へ激減し、学力も平均点で30点上昇し郡内1位となった。運動部の優勝旗も4部から9部へと増えた。続きを見る
