| 概要 |
The purpose of this study was to reversed Mood Check List-Short form.2 (MCL-S.2), a 12-item measure designed to assess positive affect following exercise, and to provide initial tests of reliability a...nd validity. One-hundred, fourteen male and 45 female university students participated in this study. Exploratory factor analysis with promax rotation yielded 3 factors, named "Pleasantness,""Relaxation,"and "Anxiety." The MCL-S.2 demonsrrated acceptable internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients ranging from .842-.917. The multidimentional structure of MCL-S.2 was supported by confirmatory factor analysis (GFI=.909, AGFI=.855, CFI=.954, RESEA=.079). The results showed the MCL-S.2 had high reliability and validity. Suggestions for use of the MCL-S-2 scale and future investigation were discussed.続きを見る
