| 概要 |
The Cheonggyecheon restoration project located in the central district in Seoul is well known as a successful urban regeneration completed within a short term. As results, it influenced on the urban e...nvironment of central district and the policy of city planning. In this study, we aim to make arrangement of the relative plans and planning process, and to clarify the planning issues concerning the project by reviewing the previous studies and planning documents. As conclusion, the study figures out the relationship of plans concerning the Cheonggyecheon vicinity, clarifies emerging planning issues from the aspects of pedestrian network and building control, and points out the issues on planning consistency.続きを見る
