| 概要 |
This study analyzes the existing condition and trends on land use and urban development in the urbanization control areas (suburban areas) of Fukuoka Metropolitan Region which have been growing up rap...idly. Through the statistic and spatial analysis of the constructed database on the urban development projects in the past ten years with the Geographical Information System, the relation between the trends on the location of the urban development and the local context including environmental and traffic condition are shown, and the current problems and the new method on land use control and guidelines are proposed based on the analysis.続きを見る
