This study aims to clarify the amount of urban environmental load reduction according to the introduction and spread of different technologies and social systems for urban sustainability. As the analy...sis tool, we are now developing a simulator for long-term prediction of the urban environmental loads using the System Dynamics method, in which we consider a city as a non-linear urban system including complicated social dynamics. In this paper, we showed the outline of the simulator development, modeled each sector on population, households, residential buildings and office buildings which partially composes the urban system, and verified the accuracy of the models by comparison with actual statistical data. In addition, we aggregated these models and predicted the CO_2 emission from residential and office buildings until 2050.続きを見る
