| 概要 |
This paper is the study about the possession of land building under the lineage system in Qing dynasty. The common properties for lineage were ancestral temple, land and private school, were maintaine...d by lineage's member. In East Dongting area, the members of the lineage did not dwell by largely, and then plural lineage dwelled in the same village. The land building was sold without being maintained when power of the lineage weakened. As for the possession of the land, private possession and lineage's possession mixed. About the sales contract of the land building, I clarified it from a specific example.続きを見る
