Kusumori tea factory is a water powered tea manufacturing facilities, built in Taisho period. The purpose of this paper is to reveal characteristics of the architecture and analyze functions of each s...pace as a case study of modem tea industry. This case study shows that the tea leaves were produced at specific facilities related to the process of steam, storage, quality check.
