概要 |
It is well-known that collective self-esteem for a group that we belong to the modulation of our stress. In China, collective self-esteem for achieved groups has been investigated, whereas that for as...cribed groups has not. Thus, the present study examined the relationship among personal self-esteem, stress coping, stress reaction, and collective self-esteem for ascribed groups by measuring these factors in Chinese undergraduate students. The undergraduate students (N=358) responded to four questionnaires that measured these factors. As a result, collective self-esteem for ascribed groups was found to be significantly correlated with personal self-esteem, stress coping, and stress reaction. Taking account of these results, we discussed the effects of positive and negative evaluations for ascribed groups on stress reaction.続きを見る
