| 概要 |
The seikatsu-sodanin (customer consultant and supervisor at nursing homes) play a very important role in nursing homes. However, there are few scholarly accounts on seikatsu-sodanin. We have been cond...ucting research on seikatsu-sodanin regarding their jobs, careers and work stress. First, we visited more than 7 nursing homes in A Prefecture, and conducted interview research. Second, we conducted questionnaire survey on seikatsu-sodanin in December 2009 on the occasion of Kenshukai (educational program for seikatsu-sodanin) organized by the Council of Senior Citizens Welfare. We delivered questionnaires to 104 participants who are currently working as seikatsu-sodanin and all of the questionnaires were returned on the spot. First, seikatsu-sodanin’s job consists of 6 main components according to factor analysis. Among those, care management job is relatively different from other jobs. We are planning to identify the core jobs among the many jobs. Second, the seikatsu-sodanin tend not to burnout compared to other health occupation such as nurses. Third, the job description of seikatsu-sodanin is identified to be extremely diverse. We should evaluate the roles and functions of seikatsu-sodanin in a series of related research.
介護老人福祉施設において生活相談員は介護保険法上の必置職であるが､その業務の内容や施設で果たしている役割・機能については施設によって違いや多様性が大きく､生活相談員としての中心的な業務とは何かが曖昧になっていると言われる｡また介護保険導入後には､新たな資格として導入されたケアマネージャーと､どの程度まで役割が重複しているのか､相互の役割分担や兼務の状況など､現状では明らかになっていないことが多い｡そこで､われわれはＡ県において様々な介護老人福祉施設を訪問し､介護職員や生活相談員に面接して業務や勤務の実態などについてヒアリング調査を重ねてきた｡その過程で､生活相談員は施設の入退所や地域の諸機関との連携のみならず､施設の管理運営や職員間の人間関係の調整まで担う場合があり､施設運営のキーパーソンとなっている場合も少なくないことを知った｡ そこで2009年12月に､Ａ県老人福祉施設協議会の方々のご協力をえて､Ａ県老人福祉施設協議会主催の生活相談員の研修会において自記式によるアンケートの集合調査を実施させていただいた｡本報告はその第一報告である｡アンケート調査では主に､介護老人福祉施設に勤務する生活相談員の属性と職務の実態､生活相談員のキャリア特性､および生活相談員のバーンアウト傾向等を調査した｡調査の結果から､生活相談員の基本属性､経歴やキャリア､勤務実態などが明らかになった｡また職務ストレスに関連してバーンアウト尺度を用いた設問では､予想に比較してバーンアウト度は低かった｡属性や経歴とバーンアウト度との関連性についても分析を行った｡続きを見る
