概要 The complex permittivity of poly (3-hexylthiophene), P3HT, thin films was measured at room temperature-393 K and at 5 Hz-13 MHz. Through analyzing the frequency dependencies of the complex permittivit...y on the basis of the electric modulus formalism, electronic properties of poly (3-hexylthiophene) thin films were evaluated. The electric modulus analysis demonstrated that the P3HT thin film possessed DC conductivity at a level of 10-10 Scm-1 in the air. The DC conductivity values were in excellent agreement with those evaluated by a conventional direct measurement of DC conductivity, indicating that the electric modulus analysis of complex permittivity is valid to evaluate DC conductivity of polymer films. Further, carrier mobility of P3HT thin film was calculated by use of the defect-diffusion model in the electric modulus analysis. The carrier mobility was at a level of 10-5 cm2 sec-1 V-1.続きを見る
