概要 |
As the first step to understand the general characteristics of flashing choked flow of initially subcooled liquid associated with flash-spinning process, the discharge of flashing choked flow of initi...ally subcooled water through a converging nozzle has been investigated theoretically by using an isentropic, homogeneous, equilibrium (I. H. E.) model for two-phase flows. The dependence of the pressure from l to 10 [MPa], the temperature from 350 to 550 [K] and the subcooling from 0 to l00 [K] in the nozzle inlet on the critical mass velocity is indicated in a series of graphs and is discussed. Also, for the most case of the present calculation, the flow is choked on the point of the saturated liquid line corresponding to the nozzle exit position and then the flow becomes supersonic.続きを見る
