チャンネル結合理論を用いた238U の振動準位への非弾性散乱断面積の計算

概要 A coupled-channels model was adopted for calculation of inelastic scattering cross sections to the excited levels which belong to the vibrational bands of 238U. The members of a certain vibrational ba...nd were coupled to the 0+ -2+ -4+ triad of the ground state rotational band levels. Compound process contribution for the vibrational levels was calculated using a Hauser-Feshbach-Moldauer theory. A band coupling strength \beta was determined from the experimental inelastic scattering data below 3 MeV. Experimental double differential cross sections (DDX) were also included in the β determination. Comparisons of calculated cross sections with the experimental data were made, and it was found that the coupled-channels calculation gave reasonable agreement with the DDX data at En=6.1 MeV,続きを見る
