| 概要 | Nonthermal electron tails are observed in a highly-ionized plasma produced by helicon wave. It is experimentally found that when quantity δ=w/kvth is nearly equal to the value deltamax, the nonthermal... electron tails appear, where δmax is the argument corresponding to the maximum Landau damping rate.
