概要 |
The effect of Sb-substitution for Bi on (Bi0.8-xSbxPb0.2)2Sr2Ca3Cu4Oy has been studied. Susceptibility, electrical resistance and X-ray diffraction measurement showed that proportion of superconductin...g phase decreased with increasing the quantity of Sb. The values and temperature dependences of susceptibility and electrical resistance were sensitive to the sintering temperature in the process of solid state reaction. It seemed that Sb did not substitute for Bi according to the results of EPMA and X-ray diffraction.続きを見る
