概要 |
Numerical simulation was performed for a circular free jet of a gas-solid suspension medium by means of so-called stochastic separated flow model and of the algebraic Reynolds stress transport equatio...n mode1. New source terms, which are incorporated into conservation equations of the diagonal components of the Reynolds stresses and of the turbulent dissipation rate, were proposed in order to account for the excessive generation of the turbulent energy caused by large difference in the average velocities of both phases. Numerical results show that turbulent modulation effects due to the presence of the solid particles are reproduced by these terms so well that the prediction efficience of the Stochastic model has been largely improved.続きを見る
