近年，医療分野において研究成果を記述した学術論文が蓄積されている．従来これらのデータベースは，その分野の専門家が利用することが多く，登録された情報を研究や実務等に用いてきた．一方では, 患者自身が検索を行い, 医療文献を見つけたいという要求が生まれた.本論文は情報検索技術を用いて患者の医療文献活用を補助することを目的とする. 具体的には, 患者が持っている情報から知りたい情報を含んだ医療文献を導き...出す方法と候補文献の順位づけの方法について提案を行った.
Recently, a lot medical papers are published and they have been accumulated. The more medical information become available, the more patients are interesting in academic papers. However, academic papers are difficult for non expert because those papers have a lot of medical terms. In this paper, we propose a new method of information retrieve to utilize medical references. We focus on similarity of medical terms to navigate medical references from poor medical knowledge. In a simple examination, we found that our method got good results.続きを見る
