| 概要 |
Recently, forestry managers have been making all possible efforts to mechanize field operations in forestry for the rationalization of management. And in consequence, they are compelled to organize la...bour groups anew. It is of little use, however, to observe the present operations by the motion and time study hitherto in, use, because a man is not a man in a group, and a field group is not a family group. As operations in a forest are influenced by natural conditions, field groups cannot compare with other groups in various factories in distinctive characters and working environment. Especially, nowhere are found so complex and binding human relations as in the society of forestry, and therefore, the new method of manpower analysis, the technical standard and the functional organization chart arising from the mechanization should be decided from the stand point of social psychology. It is important to apply the theory of small group to rationalization of labour system in forestry. In particular, sociometry and group dynamics are effective.続きを見る
