概要 |
This study reports on a short-term study of an intensive group of Japanese 4th, 5th, and 6th graders, covering a 3-day period during summer vacation, taking into consideration group structure, process..., and effects. Valuable group structure-related data were obtained relating to the composition of the groups of the three grades and the length of the program. Equally valuable data were obtained concerning the fact that the facilitator was an outsider and also concerning open group and facilitator-training methods. Positive changes in self-concepts and social skills were also seen. We also observed a tendency in the children to acknowledge their own growth as the program progressed.続きを見る
