The purpose of this study is to examine the pressure arising from cultural diversity and powerlessness of the Chinese oversea students in Japanese language school. The result shows: 1) interpersonal r...elationship and communication, compared to these students stayed in Japan around three months and one year, these students stayed in Japan over one year and a half feel much more pressure on cultural diversity; 2) studying & career& promotion, compared to these students stayed in Japan around one year and a half, these students stayed in Japan about half year feel much more pressure on cultural diversity; 3) felling fatigued, compared to these students stayed in Japan around three months, these students stayed in Japan about half year and over one year own much more on the aspect of powerlessness; 4) lack of self-confidence, compared to these students stayed in Japan around three months, these students stayed in Japan about half year and over one year own much more on the aspect of powerlessness.続きを見る
