宮崎演習林に学術参考保護林が指定され60年以上が経過した．その間，自然林保全区への編入や名称の変更など様々の経緯を辿ってきた．しかし，その経緯の詳細な記述や調査記録はほとんど残っていないのが現状である．今回，第6次森林管理計画書（2006～2015年）の編成を期に学術参考保護林と見本林が大幅に拡充された．これは，本演習林の特徴的な植生を中心に特定の林相を比較的小面積で保全し，教育研究に供することが...目的である．今回は学術参考保護林と見本林の設置計画と調査方法ならびに調査結果について報告する．
Kyushu University Shiiba Research Forest has established the preserved forests for 60 years ago. And the name and treatment of these forests have been changed several times until now. Recently, the sixth Shiiba Research Forest management plan (2006- 2015 years) was determined. In this plan, the number of preserved forest was expanded in order to facilitate the conservation of the characteristic forest and the usage for education and research. However, the history and detailed data of these preserved forests have never been reported. This is the first report about the stand structure and history of trees of five preserved forests in Shiiba Research Forest.続きを見る
