概要 |
The properties of Asplund pulp are influenced by the physical or mechanical properties of wood and the form of constituent cell in wood, which differ with material wood species. Therefore, the effec...t of wood species on the suitable Asplund defibration condition was investigated, judging from the properties of SIS hardboard by making use of various hardwoods of Kyushu district. Summarizing the results of this in vestigation are as follows ; With the prolongation of defibrating time, the reduction to fine fiber and the increase of plasticized fiber make better the properties of hardboard, on the other hand, the excessive prolongation of defibrating time, namely overdefibration, deteriorated the mechanical properties of hardboard, due to the increase very short fiber or the breakage of fiber and the reduction of valuable fiberbundles. These tendencies appear distinctly within the range of short defibrating time and in the case of species having relatively lower specific gravity. It is presumed that the wood (species) having similarity in the suitable defibrate condition for the highest property of hardboard can defibrated together under same condition, without any obstructions. The grouping of species from the result of this study are as follows ; Lower specifiic gravity group: Tsubura-jii (Castanopis spp.), Mateba-shi i (Pas ania spp.), Tabu-noki (Machilus spp.). Higher specific gravity group : Himeshara (Stewartia spp.), Ichii-gashi (Quercus spp.), Aka-gashi (Quercus spp.), Shira-kashi (Quercus spp.) .続きを見る
