| 概要 |
Chinese socio-economy is currently confronted with the 'three agricultural problems' in a midst of rapid economic growth. The problems would be more acute and profound than in other countries since Ch...ina is trying to achieve, in such a short period of time, both economic development and agricultural modernization. In Japan the Agricultural Basic Law 1961 and related policy measures effectively contributed to narrowing the gaps between agriculture and industry sectors. These Japanese experiences would help China to tackle the three agricultural problems if they are carefully interpreted.
高度経済成長期にある中国では、いま三農問題が顕在化している。経済成長と農業の近代化を、中国は短期間で達成しようとしているので、三農問題が激化するのは必然である。三農問題の適切な解決が、中国社会の安定化にとって極めて重要である。本稿は中国の三農問題解決に日本の経験が役立つか否か、検証したものである。まず、日本において1961年に施行された農業基本法と関連諸施策が農工間格差解消に効果があったことを確認し、次にそれを今後の中国の農業発展に応用する場合の課題について考察して、最後に生産と流通の近代化を提案した。続きを見る
