概要 This article consists of three sections. The first section provides an overview of the blueprint of the establishment of the Keijo Shihan Gakko through its first graduation ceremony (March 1922). Emph...asis is given to the fact that clear distinction was given between the two groups of students who studied there from its establishment in May 1921 through March 1922. One group belonged to the Keijo Shihan Gakko "Enshuka" (Keijo Normal School "Training Course"), which was formerly an ad hoc training center of elementary school teachers adjunct to Keijo Chugakko (Keijo Middle School). The second group was those who were affiliated with the ad hoc teachers training center of Keijo Daiichi Koto Futsu Gakko (Keijo First Higher General School). Yet the two groups are generally called the inaugural class of Keijo Shihan Gakko "Enshuka" for convenience's sake. The section that follows presents the students' ages, the name of the schools they formerly attended, and their birth places. The last section investigates the students' careers after graduation. Close analysis of the Chosen Sotokufu Shokuinroku (Government-General of Korea Personnel Directory) clarified that; 1) they were appointed throughout the thirteen do (provinces) of Korea; 2) although those who were trained to be the teachers at Japanese schools were first assigned to Japanese schools and those trained to teach at Korean schools were assigned to Korean schools, frequent personnel exchange took place between the two types of schools later; 3) networks among the graduates were firmly maintained through such ways as appointment at their alma mater and passing the position of principal among themselves. The third section attempts to discuss Keijo Shihan Gakko in the context of the education history of colonial Korea.続きを見る
