概要 "Tokusetsu-yoka" was a part of Japan's "Cultural work for China" (1923), resulting from the deliberations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education in 1925. That is a Speci...al Preparatory Course for Chinese students in 7 colleges under the direct control to the Ministry of Education, where they studied Japanese, English, and Mathematics. In this paper, I discussed about the idiosyncrasy and actual conditions of "Tokusetsu-yoka" with reference to Meiji College of Technology. First, I studied the development of "Tokusetsu-yoka" .
