| 概要 |
In this study, "Semi-Structured Style" encounter group, which was an intermediate model of Unstructured type and Structured type, was used as a training type encounter group for a known group of nursi...ng school students. The original development process of Semi-structured style and devices of the facilitation were discussed. It was summarized to following three points when I compiled a conclusion of this report. (1) "A Semi-Structured style" develops by choosing assembling of "the theme" that is the characteristic while grasping a characteristic and a state of a member. (2) A development process passed through expression of the perplexity, development of mutual trust, establishment of a close degree, deep mutual relations and self confrontation, but it became clear that expression of dissatisfaction for structure continued being had. (3) That a response method was effective a theme notice, the next-door houses on both sides as well as frank, appropriate self-disclosure and polite introduction was suggested.続きを見る
