概要 The Regional Informatisation is a concept which was created in early 1980s during the so-called "new media boom." This idea came into being as a policy, so its original meaning was mainly "policies" t...o informatise communities. But there is another concept of Regional Informatisation as activities by local inhabitants or non-profits which are either involved or has nothing to do with the policy-making processes. regional policies concerning this field have changed over years as the information technology makes incessant progresses and permeates into the society.
