概要 |
This paper is a case study of a basic encounter group facilitator training by using the “Pair-Facilitator Method”. In this study the “Pair-Facilitator experience” and “Co-Facilitator experience” which... using the “Co-facilitator method” were compared and evaluated. The results are as below, ①Both experiences showed the similarity of Complemantariness. ②There are differences in “Confidence for the facilitators”. ③The characteristics of the former shows less authoritic leadership style than the latter in the group process. ④There is difference about the Supervision, whether being the superviser as a veteran facilitator in group sessions. ⑤“Pair-Facilitator Method” is one of a useful facilitator training for facilitator candidates having experiences of “Co-Facilitator experiences” and experiences of a basic encounter group as a member.続きを見る
