| 概要 |
The purposes of this study were to develop the Stressor Inventory for Child Care worker (SICC) which measures stressors of child care workers at institution for child care, and to discuss the viewpoin...ts of psychological supports of a daily life setting in institution for child care by referring to worker's stress. In study 1, firstly, SICC was developed. Then, correlation coefficients were calculated between stressors and stress responses to examine its validity and to demonstrate the actual circumstances of stress and their scores were compared with those of teachers in study 2. These results suggested that the SICC had certain validity. It was also revealed that the difficulty at their job of the performance of role, or the awareness of their powerlessness, and of getting supports from their colleagues particularly had a close relation to exhibition of stress responses. Finally, the significance of clinical psychologists in institution paying attention to self-efficacy of child care workers in dealing with cases and the having roles of improving relationship between them was discussed.続きを見る
