概要 |
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationships with students from the perception of teachers in junior high school and compare Korean teachers with Japanese teachers. The Questio...nnaires were administered to 81 Korean teachers and 51 Japanese teachers in junior high school. The results are as follows. 1) The Korean and Japanese teachers showed 2 common factors by factor analysis understanding against students, a difficulty of guiding for students. In addition, the only Korean teachers showed the other factor which is strict guiding. 2) The Korean teachers did not indicate the difference of factor's scores among the group which is classified according to career. On the other hand, the Japanese teachers showed the difference of all factor's scores according to length of career.続きを見る
