In this paper, we clarified the introduction process, the frame and the certification of the present conditions of ChinaGAP, after having arranged a main global action of GAP especially on EurepGAP. It is inspected that China rise its exportation through ChinaGAP. From the background introduction, the contents and the present conditions of the certification promotion of ChinaGAP, it is clear that ChinaGAP 's direct purpose is to promoting exportation to the EU markets, and the export promotion could be the maximum purpose in the near future. As ChinaGAP is ready to start EurepGAP benchmarking procedures, and JGAP is also ready to start it; in the future, it is necessary to pay attention how ChinaGAP influence farm products trade between China and Japan. In addition, it is very important spreading a certification system because of the incentive in markets; therefore, there is a big problem how to let ChinaGAP seep the Chinese general small-scale self-support farmhouses who have many difficulties for entering to markets.
