| 概要 |
This paper aims to produce knowledges on management of planning team engaging in development projects of various urban complex. The most essential work of planning can be conceived as information proc...essing to create a new concept to be realized by the development project in issue. Firstly the paper describes a planning team as a combined set of unique information processors. Secondly, the paper reports empirical findings on maltagement of planning team seeking both creativity and efficiency, which lead us to an information process model of planning team. Finally, the paper produces some practical knowledges on managing policy for a planning team productively based upon the matrix of planning resources and managing factors.続きを見る
