| 概要 |
The purpose of this study is to analyze and clarify the occupational anxiety of secondary vocational school students in China. Firstly, one hundred students were asked to provide their descriptions to...ward occupational anxiety freely. Then, 15 items derived from the result above and 30 items of the Occupational Anxiety Scale made by Sakayanagi were used as the questionnaire research, and conducted on 278 students. According to the result of the factor analysis, there were 7 factors of anxiety found, which were anxiety about "social facts", "occupational choice", "lackness of good academic background" and "lackness of advanced in knowledge", "lackness of confidence", "shortness of working experience", "occupational maladjustment", "gap between self-fulfilment and lackness of good academic background. Furthermore, it was showed that female students were more anxious than male students, and former students were more anxious than junior students.続きを見る
