| 概要 |
The aim of this study is to consider common effects shown in previous studies related to "focus on and express significant others. This paper reviewed articles about "focus on significant others" in f...ield of clinical psychology, social psychology, and examined effects of "Role Lettering" and "Naikan therapy". As these common effects, 1) self-exploration/insight, 2) improvement of understanding/sympathy, 3) acquisition of plural viewpoints of self and others, 4) acceptance/rediscovery of love, 5) improvement of positive and willing attitude were shown. There were the possibilities that these points had importance in Japanese climate, and were hard to catch from experimental studies in some points. And in the future research, trial to join clinical studies and experimental studies is needed, and necessity for practice of "focus on significant others" to be examined for more various objects is suggested.続きを見る
