超音波CTによる物体内部温度の非接触測定 : 第1報:数値シミュレーションによる測定精度の検討

概要 The paper describes a method for noncontact measurement of internal temperature distribution of an object using the ultrasonic computed tomography (CT). The method is based on the fact that the propag...ation velocity of ultrasound depends on the material temperature as well as the material itself. From the projection data with respect to the propagation time through the material cross section, two-dimensional sound velocity, i. e., temperature distribution in the cross section can be reconstructed by using various algorithms for the ultrasonic CT. As the first report, numerical simulations are carried out for measuring simple temperature fields in water. The characteristics of the reconstruction algorithms previously proposed are compared with each other, then the 'Filtered Back Projection' is recommended as the most effective and accurate algorithm. Also are investigated the effects of measuring conditions such as the sampling interval and rotation interval upon the accuracy and CPU time for reconstruction.続きを見る
