| 概要 |
Natural evaporation of a sessile drop on an unheated plate is investigated experimentally and theoretically. The time variations of the mass of the drop and temperature of the plate are measured, and ...the types of evaporation processes are classified. A very simplified model for drop evaporation system is introduced and then applying the lumped-heat-capacity method to the system, an energy equation is derived to obtain the plate temperature variation. The analytical solutions are obtained for two special types of evaporation processes. Each solution agrees well with the experimental result for the respective type of evaporation process.続きを見る
