概要 |
Recently a special interest has been taken in nonazeotropic refrigerant mixtures (NARMs) as working fluids in vapor compression heat pump systems. This interest has arisen from the following possibili...ties: (1) to improve the coefficient of performance (COP) by utilizing the sliding temperature during phase change processes, (2) to keep the system in suitable pressure level for given temperature levels of heat source and sink, by selecting the combination of refrigerants, (3) to achieve continuous capacity control by changing the composition, corresponding to the variation of heat load, and (4) to provide alternative substitutes to prevent the depletion of the stratospheric ozone layer. In the present paper the performance of a vapor compression heat pump system using NARMs is evaluated theoretically and experimentally to prove the possibility of improvement in COP. The research program for development of this system is also presented.続きを見る
