概要 |
The purpose of the present study was designed to examine the relatiouship between heart rate and oxygen intake during breast stroke swimming in swimming flume. Six male college swimmers were participa...ted in this study. VEMAX during swimming was 128.3+-20.6 l/min. Maximal heart rate and maximal oxygen intake were 191+-8 beats/min and 53.9+-2.4 ml/kg . min, respectively. Rlationship between heart rate and oxygen intake was linear. So, it would be suggested that intensity of breast stroke could be estimated by using the regression equation (HR-Vo2) measured in swimming flume previously.続きを見る
