日本と中国の大学生の精神的健康度の比較「いきいき」健康調査表を用いて

概要 Psychological lively activity were evaluated by “Psychological Lively Scale" which was consisted of psychological positive and negative health scale. The positive health scale involves four subscales:... positiveness, stability in mood, self-acceptance and life satisfaction. The negative health indicates psychological instability. Comparative study of psychological lively activity were carried out on 174 students of Xinjiang Normal University (Xinjiang Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China) and 374 students of Kyusyu University. There was no differences between Japan and China in mean total score of positive health. In the subscale of positive health, total mean score of "self-acceptance" was higher in Chinese than Japanese and of "life satisfaction" was higher in Japanese students. In the negative health score, mean total score was higher in Japanese students than Chinese. It was concluded that Japanese students were more nervous, instable, depressive and irritative than Chinese who were more positive, confident and stable in mood.続きを見る
