| 概要 |
Casual blood pressure(BP) and pulse rate(PR) was measured in 347 schoolboys and 340 schoolgirls annually for 5 years, using automated indirect table-top BP monitors that adopted oscillometric method. ...BP103N by Nippon Colin Co., Komaki, 485 Japan. Systolic BP was higher in boys than in girls in every grade, but diastolic BP was not different between genders. Systolic and diastolic BP elevated along with age in both boys and girls, and the degree of its elevation was significantly greater in boys than in girls. On the other hand, PR was less in boys than in girls, and it decreased along with age in both genders. Only 1,1% of pupils were borderline hypertensive and the rest 98.9% were normotensive according to WHO criteria(1962). Systolic BP in boys positively correlated with body weight, diastolic BP, body height, Quetelet's index, age and Na/K ratio in 2nd morning voiding urine specimen, and diastolic BP correlated with body height and urinary Na/K ratio. PR negatively correlated with height. Systolic BP in girls significantly correlated with diastolic BP, weight. Quetelet's index, height and age, and diastolic BP positively correlated with PR. These results suggest that the control in weight and diet may be important even in children.続きを見る
