概要 |
The present study is intended to examine social-psychological contributory factors to the obesity and the physical fitness in 224 college freshman. In order to investigate the relationship between the... obesity and social-psychological contributory factors, the subject were divided into two groups according to their %Fat. The two groups differed significantly in physical fitness. In the groups of obese students with high %Fat(>30), the points of social-psychological factors showed significantly lower points (P<0.05) which concerned with the interest and attitude of exercise and sports. Furthermore, the subjects were divided into two groups according to their physical fitness points. The two groups had no significantly difference in height, weight and skinfold thickness. However, considering the points of social-psychological factors in the high physical fitness groups and lower group, the low physical fitness group indicated significantly lower point(P<0.01) than the high group in the point of enforcement rate, social condition, and then interest and attitude of exercise and sports.続きを見る
