| 概要 |
Industrial technology has made the automated monitoring of blood pressure (BP) a practicable reality. Medical chronobiology has made the interpretation of the BP monitoring a clinical concreteness. Th...anks to chronobiometry, new reference standards and definitions concerning normotension and hypertension are derived. Accordingly, the BP 24-h patterns can be better quantified in their physiologic and unphysiologic course.
