In this paper, we present a dynamic duooply model which extend the Cournot's duopoly model and memonstrate that if the opponent's adjustment coefficient is positive, the international quilibrium point divide internally a segment that connects a static cournot equilibrium point to a collusive equibrium point. In addition, we let the parameters influencing the intertemporal equilibrium go to the particular values or infinitly increase and examine the limits of the intertemopral equilibrium point.
