| 概要 |
Enrichment of ethical education is a current issue for nursing educators. However, many of nursing educators in charge of such education received relevant training after ethical education ceased to be... an independent course due to the revision of the specified regulations. Thus a study was conducted on the recognition of ethical issues, the current situation of ethical education, and previous ethical education of the nursing educators who participated in an educational seminar. The results indicated that（ 1） the nursing educators' recognition of ethical issues has more to do with ethical situations they“ faced" than those they“ worried about,"（ 2） much of ethical education consisted of lectures and clinical practice conferences offered by full-time nursing educators,（ 3） over 80% of the nursing educators felt distressed over ethical education, and（ 4） there is no significant relevance between the recognitioin level of ethical issues and the number of cases providing ethical education. The nursing educators held a long career and thus had a high level of recognition of ethical issues and had been working on ethical education. However, many of them felt distressed over ethical education because they did not possess adequate educational methods, materials or information. Ethical education forms the foundation of nursing education; therefore, discussions should be held on ethical education for both individual nursing educators and the entire educational institution.
現在、倫理教育の充実は看護教育者にとって課題となっている。一方、倫理教育を担当し ている看護教育者の多くが指定規則改正により倫理教育が独立科目ではなくなった後の教育 を受けている。今回、教育研修会に参加した看護教育者を対象に、倫理問題の認識、倫理教育の現状、過去の倫理教育について調査した。その結果、1.看護教育者の倫理問題の認識は 「悩む」より「直面した」場面が高い 2.現在取組んでいる倫理教育は、専任の看護教育者の 講義と実習カンファレンスが多い 3.倫理教育に悩む看護教育者の割合は80 ％以上 4.倫理 問題の認識の高さと現在の倫理教育の取組み数には関連がみられないことが明らかになった。 以上から、看護教育者は職業キャリアが長く直面した倫理問題の認識を高く持ち倫理教育に 取組んでいるが、十分な教育方法や教材や情報を持っていないため、倫理教育について悩み を持つものが多い可能性が考えられた。倫理教育は看護教育の基盤となるものであるため、 看護教育者個々人だけでなく、教育施設全体における倫理教育に対する話合いの必要性が示 唆された。 ＊ 指定規則：厚生労働省と文部科学省の合同省令・・・看護教育カリキュラムはこれに 沿って構成されている続きを見る
