| 概要 |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the mentality and support needs of mothers who have severe and multiple disabled children in the home. In the first study, a questionnaire survey of 90 moth...ers with severe and multiple disabled children who utilize home/ hospital/institutional services of education were conducted. And the relations between mothei s mentality and support were examined statistically. In the second study, case study of 3 mothers with severe and multiple disabled children in the home were conducted. The following was findings. (1) The mother who wants support widely needs the person who takes charge of her care, and who has involvement in her children. On the other hand, the mother who wants support limitedly needs the person who listens naturally and sympathetically. (2) The point in common is the person who accepts and supports mother's care plan is required, because the in-home mothers have original care plan. (3) The mother' s needs to psychological clinician are being naturally and listening acceptably, and the role of consultation.続きを見る
