概要 |
We examined the effectiveness of the contingency between the leader's goal and punishment behavior. The "contingency" means the degree to which leader determines his behavior to the member according t...o the achieve-ment concerned to the goal presented by him. Then, moderating effects on contingency of members' heteronomy and leader prototype held by members were examined. SS were 149 university and graduate school students and filled out the questionnaire. We presented SS 2 fictitious cases. One describes that leader punished members depending on the member's achievement of the leader's goal, and the other describes that leader did so indifferent to the presented goal. SS evaluated preference of the leader for each case. Results are as follows. SS's preference of leader is more positive when the leader punished members according to the member's accomplishment of the leadei s goal. And moderating effects on contingency of SS's heteronomy and leader prototype held by SS are not obviously found.続きを見る
